8:30am Fun Run • 8:50am 1 Mile Run • 9:15am 5K Race

The Children’s Fun Run: Starting at 8:30am, there will be a
1/2 mile fun run for children of all ages, ending at home plate. All
fun run participants will receive a medal and will be guaranteed a
tee shirt if registered by April 16th.
One Mile Mini Run: (Walkers Welcome) Starting at 8:50am,
there will be a 1 mile Mini Run on a modified course for those
who want more than a Fun Run and less than a 5K. All Mini
Run participants will receive a medal after finishing, and will be
guaranteed a tee shirt if registered by April 16th.
The 5K Main Event: (Walkers Welcome) Following the
Mini Run, the Main Event will begin at 9:15am. The 5K run will be
a “flat and fast” race course along the streets of Merrick.
Children’s Activities: Throughout the morning, there will be
plenty of activities for children to enjoy.
Great Raffle Prizes: Raffle tickets will be available in advance
as well as on race day. They can be pre-purchased below at a
discounted rate and picked up at Number Pickup.
Post Race Celebration: After crossing the finish line, all race
participants will be greeted by volunteers who will provide runners
with plenty of food and beverages. Enjoy the music, refreshments,
entertainment and of course, the awards ceremony!
